1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Erodea Hub ("the Service"), operated by Eordea ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Erodea Hub is a centralized platform management system that provides:

• API key management and authentication services
• User data synchronization across platforms
• IP security and filtering
• Real-time analytics and monitoring
• Email template management and newsletter services

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. API Usage

Access to the API is subject to rate limits and usage policies. You agree to:

• Use API keys only for authorized purposes
• Not share, expose, or redistribute API keys
• Comply with rate limits and not attempt to circumvent them
• Not use the API for malicious purposes, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, spam, or data scraping

5. Data Processing

The Service processes user data synced from external platforms. We:

• Store only non-sensitive profile data (username, email, nickname, account type)
• Never store or process user passwords from external platforms
• Process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Encrypt sensitive data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest

6. Security & IP Banning

We employ automatic security measures to protect the Service. IP addresses engaging in suspicious activity may be automatically banned. If you believe your IP was banned in error, contact us at massimo@eordea.it.

7. Newsletter & Email Communications

If you opt in to receive newsletters, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email. We send emails only to users who have explicitly enabled newsletter communications.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
